The Australian Science and Mathematics School has undergone a facility upgrade.
Key features of the upgrade include:
- refurbishment of existing studios and labs, and expansions of studio 7 to provide upgraded amenities for students and teachers within their learning spaces
- upgrade to the existing heat and eat area and provision of a second heat and eat to generate a 'departure' from the learning environment for student use
- upgraded main entry space and reception to improve arrival experience for all users and visitors to the school
- upgrade to the Western external entry including a new sign and planter to provide sun shade to the facade
- enhance wayfinding and building identification
- landscaping to address key issues of water run off damage on site.
