The day-to-day operation of the OSHC service is the responsibility of the governing council or third party provider.
However, the minister, school governing council and OSHC provider must establish an advisory committee in accordance with a licence and services agreement to monitor the OSHC service.
The principal (as the minister's representative) is responsible for actively managing the contract with the third party provider.
