Jumping into the day
Explore the movement of jumping with some fun physical activities to strengthen your muscles. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) to jump and move around, 8 teddy bears or toys, and a bucket or clothes basket.
Build your strength (whole body)
Move into a brand new fun whole body routine to build your strength. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) to jump and move around, a washing basket, a plastic cup or bottle, 3 balls (or rolled up socks), a marker (such as pencil, pen or ruler) and a soft toy.
All sports
Virtual BMX race and a sock sliding challenge. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) to jump and move around, a chair, a pair of socks, a pair of shoes and 4 plastic cups.
Coordination and agility challenges
Today will focus on moving with coordination, which means our bodies are moving with control and with quality. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) to jump and move around, 6 to 7 flat objects that you can lay in a line (such as rulers, masking tape or pieces of paper folded in half), and a bowl of fruit cut into small pieces.
Build your strength
Today's strength lesson focuses on your upper body with some fun physical activities and end with a game to help you kick some goals. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around, 2 bottles of water (for resistance), 2 targets (such as a pair of shoes, plastic cups, soft toys), 3 balls (such as rolled up socks, tennis ball, alfoil ball) and 1 pencil or pen.
All sports
Do you like to swim, ride or run?Today we'll take you on a virtual triathlon and race to the finish line.We'll end the lesson with a fun bowling challenge you can do any time. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around, a pair of socks, an empty drink bottle, 6 cups, a chair and a towel.
Object control
Today we'll learn about controlling an object in various ways. It will be such a fun lesson and you'll even learn a trick or two!You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around and 3 household objects safe to hold in your hands (the size of a tennis ball is perfect).
Build your strength
Today's building strength activity focuses on your core with some exercises and finish the lesson with an underarm throwing game. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around, a bucket or wash basket, 3 markers (such as pencil, pen, ruler, soft toy) and 3 balls (such as rolled up socks, tennis ball, alfoil ball).
All sports
There will be some huffing and puffing today with some more fun workouts focusing on movement.We'll end the lesson with a Winter Olympics dance task that will challenge you. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around.
