Agility
Power
Today's challenges and exercises involve the explosive power of your upper and lower body using some plyometrics games. You'll need some tape or chalk, a ball or balled up clothes or alfoil and a basket.
Strength
Build your strength with a circuit and challenge yourself to hold a plank as long as you can. You'll need some weights such as cans or plastic bottles filled with water.
Balance
Use a reach test to check your balance and create a course to help your balance. You'll need some tape and a texta.
Reaction time
Play some physical activities to work on your reaction time. You'll need a timer, playing cards or different coloured markers, 6 balls or markers that can be labelled 1 to 6.
Yoga
Improve your strength, flexibility, balance and learn about stress relief and relaxation techniques. You'll need a safe space to move (inside or outside) and a chair.
Cardio workout
Start with a warm up and stretch to get our muscles ready before moving into a cardio workout. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around.
Yoga
Work on strength, flexibility, balance, stress relief and relaxation today with some yoga poses. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside), a chair and a hand towel.
Cardio workout
Today's lesson is a cardio workout incorporating different sports. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around, a chair or couch, a bin or washing basket and 3 to 5 pairs of rolled up socks.
Resistance circuit
Be physically active in a small area with no equipment. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around, and a chair.
