Dragon boat racing
Today we'll have some fun with dragon boat racing. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around, 4 drink bottles, a pair of socks, a shoe and a chair.
Balance
Today we'll explore a variety of balance challenges after an initial agility warm up and leave you with some foot juggling challenges. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around, 4 household items that can be used as marker cones (such as shoes or drink bottles) and a beach ball or a ball about the size of a soccer ball.
Build your fitness
In today's lesson we'll build the strength and fitness of you upper body and leave you with a fun game of sock bocce to play. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around, 2 water bottles, a floor mat or towel and 6 rolled up sock balls (two different colours).
Surf lifesaving super series 1000
Today we'll be using a fun virtual Surf Life Saving Super Series 1000 course to build your fitness.In today's challenge task you can use your imagination to create your own health hustle to share back at school. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around and a towel.
For the love of moving
In today's lesson we'll will explore a variety of fundamental movement challenges including with an alphabet agility course. You'll need a safe space (inside or outside) without any fragile items to jump and move around and 6 household objects as markers to move around such as shoes, drink bottles or similar.
