Structure and features

This resource includes 3 lessons.

Years R-3: 'sink or float'

This lesson about density has an overview, a warm up and 3 theme-based activities. Students can learn about the weight of an item in relation to its volume, and how they could represent that with their body.

Years R-3: 'some birds fly; some birds don't'

This lesson about locomotor movement has an overview, a warm up and 3 theme-based activities. Students can learn about locomotion using the stimulus of birds.

Years 3-4: 'waterways'

This lesson about water has an overview, a warm up and 3 theme-based activities. Students can choreograph material from the stimulus of water and how water responds to changing environments.
