'Crunch&Sip' is a WA program that helps set students up for success in their learning. It's all about encouraging them to refuel with vegetables, fruit and water at a set time during the school day.
Structure and features
Participating in a daily 'Crunch&Sip' break will support children's health and learning. The focus is on drinking water and eating an extra serve of vegetables or fruit.
For students and families

For teachers
- Introduce 'Crunch&Sip' into your classroom or whole school, or adapt it for home use. You have the option to join the program or introduce the concepts to your class, school or home.
