These resources provide detailed instructions on how to juggle, skip and speed stack at home to improve fitness and concentration.

Structure and features

Each site contains instructional videos and practice plans to improve skills and fitness. The resources are designed to introduce people of all ages to lifelong wellness activities. 

Learning opportunities

  • Students watch the instructional videos and film the development of the skill and fitness.
  • Design a weekly practice plan for the development of the skill.
  • Teach another person the skill and develop a skill and fitness plan for them.
  • Reflect on how they used problem solving and feedback to improve performance.

 

Teacher notes

Teachers can use these resources to engage students in solving movement challenges and analysing how they developed and improved a skill through the use feedback. Suitable for year 7 - 10 students.
