Port Adelaide Football Club community youth program

The Port Adelaide Football Club community youth program is a joint initiative between the South Australian Government and Port Adelaide Football Club. The program, established in 1999, promotes healthy living, respect, and science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). By participating in the program, teachers, families and students gain access to online resources, and exposure to club players, staff and female athletes.

This site contains a student activities page, a teacher resources page and an interactive e-book.

Learning opportunities:

  • student e-book with information on diet and exercise, hydration, sleep and screen time, smoking, respect and lessons in STEM
  • test knowledge and connect with the club and players.

 

Teacher notes

Lessons are delivered to students in years 5 to 7.
