This age-appropriate site can be used by students to explore the main geographical features of the continents of Asia and Australia. Students can select a country and are presented with easy-to-read geographical facts. The fun facts section provides more information and data in under the categories of geography, continents, oceans, food, flags, passports, landmarks and oceans.
Structure and features
On the Kids world travel guide website, Australia and 10 of the countries of Asia (China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, South Korea and Vietnam) can be researched. This can build on to what students already know and understand. Games, fun facts and travel tips sections provide further information about the countries and the continent being researched.

- This comparative study can compare the geographical features of population, size or area, climate, environments, cities, capitals and landscapes.
