The Be Well program is designed to nurture your wellbeing, strengthen resilience, and develop positive mental health and wellbeing leadership strategies. You’ll learn about the importance of cultivating a positive leadership mindset to support you and your team to thrive in your current and future roles.

A very practical professional development to support improved wellbeing for myself personally but also to promote improved wellbeing at our school.
