The New Site Leader program gives you access to valuable webinars packed with expert advice and support on relevant topics, like governance, finance and human resources, all designed to help you navigate key reporting requirements for your school or preschool with confidence.

Program overview

Through the New Site Leader program, you’ll:

  • attend a program welcome day before term 1 to establish a strong foundation for your new role
  • participate in the Learn, Lead and Prosper webinar series throughout the year, providing timely insights aligned with key reporting requirements for your school or preschool
  • receive hands-on coaching from an experienced Leader Advisor.

Coaching

You’ll be paired with a Leader Advisor who’ll provide hands-on coaching to guide you in your new role. Whether it’s a current peer, or an experienced, retired principal or director. Your advisor will provide you with up to 24 hours of confidential, one-on-one leadership support within 12-months of joining the program. Coaching is provided at no cost to you or your school or preschool.

How to enrol

If you’re a first-time principal or preschool director in a 12-month role, you’re automatically enrolled in the program. You’ll receive a welcome email at the start of the year with more information. To check your enrolment status please get in touch.
