The Restorative Practices program helps you to build a healthy and supportive culture at your school by creating space for understanding others and developing relationships. This program is designed to support you to understand the principles of restorative practice and techniques that can be implemented in an education setting.
Restorative practice builds positive relationships with learners, staff and families by fostering a sense of community and trust. This trust means that conflicts can be resolved more effectively, and all learners can feel supported in their learning environment.
