The Department for Education of South Australia co-designed the Future Leaders program with local education experts and organisational development consultants. With a focus on empowered leadership, the program identifies your unique leadership development needs through observation and assessment, creating a tailored plan to support your growth in leadership capability.
Future Leaders has enabled me to understand my strengths and weaknesses in the leadership space and has provided structure to my development. It has helped me move out of my comfort zone, and I am already seeing improvement in my leadership.
