Hi, my name is Lou Pyman from Compassion Revolution, and I'm here to talk to you today about how you can use compassion to support your own wellbeing.
We're going to have a look at the science of compassion, what compassion actually means. We're going to have a look at how our body responds when we're stressed, and how we can minimise that stress.
And we're also going to have a look at how self-compassion can help to also minimise stress. It's a little bit like putting our own oxygen mask on before we help others.
