You'll hear from Dr Jane Jarvis, a former Senior Lecturer at Flinders University and Co-Director of the Research in Inclusive and Specialised Education (RISE) Initiative in the College of Education, Psychology and Social Work. Through this course she shares her expertise on:

  • exploring ways to support students' access age-appropriate curriculum
  • developing personalised learning goals tailored to individual needs
  • balancing curriculum access with highly personalised learning needs.

Dr Jarvis's presentation, recorded in 2022, is grounded in key educational frameworks like Carol Ann Tomlinson’s model for differentiated instruction and Wiggins & McTighe’s 'Understanding by Design' approach.
